This includes the K-Structures™ Steel Roof Truss, Wall Framing, Purlins, Portal Frames & Metal Cladding System. As part of our company expansion plans, we are currently seeking suitable candidates to join our vibrant team. We now invite suitably qualified, dynamic and highly motivated individuals to fill the following positions in our office at Shah Alam.

Contracts Executive
(Selangor - Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

* To assist the Contracts Manager in establishing all marketing functions and contract activities including identifying sales options, promotion guidelines, estimations and presentations
* Involve in marketing presentations, cost estimations and sales collections,

budget and cost control tracking.
* To establish new contracts and maintain good business relationship with existing customers

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
* Experience in light weight truss and metal roofing & cladding industry would be an added advantage
* Strong negotiation skills and pleasant disposition
* Willingness to learn and acquire new skills
* Required language(s): English
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Knowledgeable in overall processes of contract management is an added advantage
* Resourceful and result oriented
